The Booker Oublie 2015 is a Rhône-inspired blend from Paso Robles, crafted by Booker Vineyard. The 2015 vintage produced concentrated grapes. It pours a deep ruby, with aromas of black cherry, plum, and spice, plus graphite and lavender. The palate is full-bodied, with silky tannins and vibrant acidity, delivering dark fruit and earth. Aged 18 months in French oak, it’s a critic’s darling. Pair with grilled sausage or vegetarian tart. A collector’s gem.
