Return Policy for LuxuriousDrinks.com

At LuxuriousDrinks.com, we strive to make you satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 14-day return period, in accordance with the EU's legal cooling-off period for online purchases. You can return your order if the drinks are undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. Note: Opened bottles or products that cannot be resold due to their nature (e.g., hygiene or spoilage reasons) are not eligible for return.

1. Cooling-Off Period and Return Right

• You have 14 days after receiving your order to decide whether to return the products.
• The cooling-off period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the order.
• Returns are only possible for unmodified products: Drinks must be undamaged, unopened, and in the original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, labels, and seals.

2. Exceptions to Returns

• Opened or Used Products: Drinks that have been opened, tasted, or damaged cannot be returned (for hygienic and quality reasons).
• Discount Promotions or Personalized Orders: Products specially assembled for you or purchased at a discount are not returnable.
• Perishable Goods: Some fresh or chilled drinks (e.g., with a short shelf life) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
• Other Legal Exceptions: Under Dutch law (art. 6:230o BW), there is no right of withdrawal for products made specifically for you or that spoil quickly.

3. How to Return?

1. Report Your Return: Contact us within 14 days via email ([email protected]) or our website contact form. Provide your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason (optional).
2. Request Return Label: We will send you a free return label (for returns within the Netherlands). International returns may incur costs.
3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the products (original packaging) and attach the label to the package. Ship within 14 days of reporting to:

4. Inspection: We will check the products upon receipt against the stated conditions. If everything is in order, we will refund the full purchase amount (excl. shipping costs) within 14 days to your original payment method.

4. Costs

• Return Shipping: Free within the Netherlands (with our label). For Belgium and other EU countries: €9.95 (we refund this if the return is approved).
• Original Shipping Costs: These are not refunded, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product delivered).
• Risk During Return: The risk of loss or damage during return shipping is yours until we receive the package.

5. Replacement Instead of Return

If you receive a defective product, you can opt for a replacement instead of a return. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange a new shipment (free of charge).
