The Booker Ripper 2015 is a Syrah-based blend from Paso Robles, crafted by Booker Vineyard. The 2015 vintage produced concentrated grapes. It pours a deep purple, with aromas of blackberry, cassis, and pepper, plus graphite and violets. The palate is full-bodied, with velvety tannins and vibrant acidity, delivering dark fruit and spice. Aged 18 months in French oak, it’s a critic’s favorite. Pair with smoked brisket or roasted eggplant. A collector’s gem.
