The Saxum Paderewski Vineyard 2015 is a Rhône-style blend from Paso Robles, crafted by Saxum Vineyards. The 2015 vintage yielded concentrated grapes. It pours a deep ruby, with aromas of blackberry, cassis, and pepper, plus mocha and lavender. The palate is full-bodied, with silky tannins and vibrant acidity, offering dark fruit and earth. Aged 18 months in French oak, it’s a critic’s favorite. Pair with smoked brisket or vegetarian tart. A collector’s treasure.
