The Arietta Quartet 2007 is a Bordeaux-style blend from Napa Valley, crafted by Arietta. The 2007 vintage produced concentrated grapes. It pours a deep ruby, with aromas of blackberry, cassis, and spice, plus graphite and herbs. The palate is full-bodied, with plush tannins and vibrant acidity, offering dark fruit and mocha. Aged 20 months in French oak, it’s highly rated. Pair with grilled steak or roasted vegetables. A collector’s treasure.
