The Booker Oublie 2015 Magnum is a Rhône-style blend from Paso Robles, crafted by Booker Vineyard. The 2015 vintage yielded concentrated grapes. This magnum pours a deep garnet, with aromas of blackberry, plum, and pepper, plus mocha and herbs. The palate is opulent, with plush tannins and bright acidity, offering dark fruit and spice. Aged 18 months in French oak, it’s highly acclaimed. Pair with roasted lamb or mushroom Wellington. A collector’s treasure.
