La Chapelle Saint-Théodoric is a small Châteauneuf-du-Pape project associated with the Perrin family, focused on site-specific Grenache from notable lieux-dits such as Le Grand Pin and La Guigasse. These wines are not made in a heavy-handed modern style. Instead, they aim for purity of old-vine Grenache fruit, silky texture and a transparent reading of place, with notes of raspberry, kirsch, herbs and warm stones carried by fine tannins and a graceful finish.
