Château Rieussec is a First Growth Sauternes estate owned by the Rothschild family of Château Lafite. The wines are based on Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc affected by noble rot. Rich flavours of apricot, honey, pineapple and spice are typical, yet the wine maintains freshness and balance thanks to lively acidity.
