E. Guigal

E. Guigal is one of the most influential producers of the northern Rhône Valley. Founded in 1946 in Ampuis, the estate built its reputation on exceptional wines from Côte-Rôtie, Hermitage and Condrieu. Syrah dominates the reds, producing wines of dark fruit, smoked meat and pepper, while Viognier forms the basis of the aromatic Condrieu whites. Guigal’s famous single-vineyard Côte-Rôtie wines – La Mouline, La Landonne and La Turque – are among the most sought-after Syrahs in the world.
