Mas de Boislauzon is a family estate located in the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation in the southern Rhône Valley. The winery is run by sisters Christine and Véronique Chaussy, who have developed the estate into a respected producer of powerful and terroir-driven Rhône wines.
The vineyards are spread across several parcels within the appellation, planted on classic soils of galets roulés, clay and sand. These conditions are ideal for varieties such as Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The wines often display aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry and plum, layered with notes of garrigue herbs, pepper and licorice typical of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Mas de Boislauzon focuses on low yields and careful grape selection to achieve concentration and balance. In the cellar, traditional methods are combined with modern precision, with ageing in oak barrels adding structure and complexity. The resulting wines are rich, expressive southern Rhône wines with depth and excellent ageing potential.
