Clos la Gaffelière Grand Cru 2018, a refined Saint-Émilion from Bordeaux, is a Merlot-driven blend from the 2018 vintage. It shows a deep ruby color. The nose offers red cherry, raspberry, and violet, with spice and minerality. On the palate, it is smooth, with silky tannins and bright acidity. The finish is refined, with lingering fruit. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in French oak, it is approachable now but will evolve for 10-15 years. Perfect for poultry or charcuterie, it offers Bordeaux elegance.
