The Copia Vineyards The Blend 2012 is a Rhône-inspired blend from Paso Robles, crafted by Copia Vineyards. The 2012 vintage produced balanced grapes. It pours a deep ruby, with aromas of blackberry, plum, and pepper, plus mocha and lavender. The palate is full-bodied, with silky tannins and vibrant acidity, delivering dark fruit and earth. Aged 16 months in French oak, it’s a critic’s favorite. Pair with grilled lamb or vegetarian Wellington. A collector’s gem.
