Dominio de Pingus’ PSI 2021, from Ribera del Duero, is a Tempranillo from younger vines on clay-limestone soils, crafted by Peter Sisseck for accessibility. The 2021 vintage, balanced and cool, yielded vibrant grapes. Fermented in concrete and aged 12 months in used oak, it pours ruby with red cherry, plum, and spice aromas, plus earth and minerality. Medium-bodied, it offers soft tannins, fresh acidity (5.8 g/L), and bright fruit with a clean finish. Biodynamic practices ensure purity. Ideal for grilled meats or cheeses, it drinks well now but holds through 2030. A vibrant Ribera red.
