L’Aventure Winery is a distinctive estate located in Paso Robles, California, founded by French winemaker Stephan Asseo. After leaving Bordeaux in search of greater freedom and expression, Asseo established L’Aventure to create wines that blend Old World tradition with New World intensity.
The vineyards benefit from Paso Robles’ unique terroir, combining warm days, cool nights and diverse soils. The winery is known for its unconventional blends, often combining Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot, resulting in wines that are both powerful and complex.
