The L’Aventure Optimus 2012 is a powerful blend from Paso Robles, crafted by L’Aventure Winery. The 2012 vintage produced concentrated grapes. It pours a deep purple, with aromas of black cherry, plum, and spice, plus graphite and herbs. The palate is full-bodied, with plush tannins and vibrant acidity, delivering dark fruit and mocha. Aged 18 months in French oak, it’s highly acclaimed. Pair with grilled lamb or vegetarian tart. A collector’s gem.
