Flor de Pingus 2021, from Ribera del Duero, is a Tempranillo from 30-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils, crafted by Peter Sisseck. The 2021 vintage, cooler and balanced, produced elegant grapes. Fermented in stainless steel and aged 18 months in French oak (25% new), it shows deep ruby with blackberry, cassis, and floral aromas, plus graphite and spice. Full-bodied, it offers silky tannins, vibrant acidity (5.7 g/L), and concentrated fruit with a mineral finish. Biodynamic practices ensure authenticity. Ideal for steak or game, it evolves through 2038. A Ribera classic.
