Pintia 2019, from Toro, is a Tempranillo from 30-year-old vines on gravelly soils, produced by the Vega-Sicilia group. The 2019 vintage, warm and balanced, produced rich grapes. Fermented in oak and aged 14 months in French and American oak, it shows deep ruby with blackberry, cassis, and spice aromas, plus minerality and oak. Full-bodied, it offers firm tannins, vibrant acidity (5.5 g/L), and concentrated fruit with a long finish. Sustainable practices ensure excellence. Ideal for steak or game, it evolves through 2036.
