Scions of Sinai’s Nomadis 2021, from Stellenbosch, blends Cinsaut and Grenache from old bush vines on granite soils. Crafted by Bernhard Bredell, it reflects the balanced 2021 vintage. Fermented with whole clusters and aged 10 months in old oak, it shows bright ruby with red cherry, raspberry, and floral aromas, plus earth and spice. Light-bodied, it offers soft tannins, vibrant acidity (5.9 g/L), and bright fruit with a clean finish. Minimal intervention ensures authenticity. Ideal for poultry or charcuterie, it evolves through 2029. A delicate Stellenbosch red.
