Scions of Sinai’s Senor Tallos 2022, from Stellenbosch, is a Grenache from bush vines on granite soils, crafted by Bernhard Bredell. The 2022 vintage, balanced and warm, produced vibrant grapes. Fermented with whole clusters and aged 10 months in old oak, it pours ruby with red cherry, raspberry, and spice aromas, plus earth and herbs. Light-bodied, it offers silky tannins, fresh acidity (5.9 g/L), and bright fruit with a mineral finish. Minimal intervention ensures purity. Ideal for poultry or charcuterie, it evolves through 2030. A refined Grenache.
