Weingut Judith Beck is a progressive biodynamic winery located in Burgenland, Austria, in the village of Gols near Lake Neusiedl. Led by Judith Beck, the family estate has become one of the most respected producers of natural and terroir-driven wines in Central Europe.
The vineyards are planted on warm soils of gravel, sand and limestone, well suited to grape varieties such as Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent. The unique microclimate of the Neusiedl lake area allows the grapes to ripen fully while retaining freshness. The wines typically show aromas of cherry, red berries and plum with hints of spice and earthy complexity.
Judith Beck farms according to biodynamic principles with a strong focus on biodiversity and healthy vineyard ecosystems. In the cellar, minimal intervention is used to preserve the natural expression of the grapes and terroir. The resulting wines are vibrant, elegant and expressive reflections of the Burgenland landscape.
