Product description
Dominio de Pingus’ Flor de Pingus 2018, from Ribera del Duero, is a Tempranillo from 30-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils. Crafted by Peter Sisseck, it’s a second wine with finesse. The 2018 vintage, balanced and warm, yielded vibrant grapes. Fermented in stainless steel and aged 18 months in French oak (25% new), it pours deep ruby with blackberry, violet, and spice aromas, plus graphite and earth. Full-bodied, it offers silky tannins, fresh acidity (5.6 g/L), and rich fruit with a mineral finish. Biodynamic practices ensure purity. Ideal for beef or cheeses, it evolves through 2035. A Ribera gem.
