Product description
Pintia 2018, from Toro, Spain, is a Tempranillo from 30-year-old vines on gravelly soils, crafted by the Vega-Sicilia group. The 2018 vintage, balanced and warm, yielded concentrated grapes. Fermented in oak and aged 14 months in French and American oak, it pours deep ruby with blackberry, licorice, and spice aromas, plus earth and vanilla. Full-bodied, it offers robust tannins, fresh acidity (5.5 g/L), and rich fruit with a smoky finish. Sustainable practices ensure quality. Ideal for grilled meats or cheeses, it evolves through 2035. A powerful Toro red.
