OUR FOUNDER & MASTER DISTILLER
Our founder, Conor McGregor, and his team were looking for a place and people who shared the same passion for Ireland and his whiskey. He found this at the oldest whiskey distillery on the island of Ireland and created a unique and special blend with his master distiller.
Through a lot of trial and error, they worked together to create a mix of sweet Irish cereals and single malt Irish whiskey. The result, a smoothly balanced whiskey with hints of vanilla, honey-like sweetness and roasted wood.
